A beautiful little Pomeranian called Bear was hit by a car badly damaging his leg but the specialists at ARH have managed to save the leg from being amputated.

Now... about 3 weeks later surgical specialist Dr Sarah Goldsmid from the Animal Referral Hospital in Sydney does a bandage change giving her the opportunity to check the progress of the splint and skin graft.
